The inauguration ceremonies featured the swearing-in of local government executives and ward coordinators of the movement, with party leaders charging them to intensify mobilisation for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Erondu and other APC candidates.

The lawmaker representing Obingwa West State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly described the movement as an important grassroots platform designed to deepen the APC’s presence across communities, wards and polling units in Abia South.

Represented at the events by the Director-General of the Erondu4Senate Organisation, Elder Obioma Godwin Nna, Erondu urged members and supporters to remain united, committed and focused on the task ahead.

He said the appointments of the newly inaugurated leaders should be regarded as a call to service, urging them to take the message of the APC and the programmes and achievements of the Tinubu-led administration to the people with humility, dedication and commitment.

Barr. Erondu, a former Chairman of Obingwa Local Government Area, maintained that the movement was determined to strengthen the APC across Abia South and would remain focused despite distractions from political opponents.

He called on party faithful to embrace unity and sustained grassroots engagement, stressing that the success of the APC in the 2027 elections would depend on collective resolve and a strong political structure capable of delivering victory from the State House of Assembly to the Presidency.

The Chairman, House Committee on Public Service Matters also urged his supporters to remain peaceful and steadfast, expressing confidence that the mandate freely given to him and the member representing Ukwa East/Ukwa West Federal Constituency, Hon. Chris Nkwonta, during the APC Abia South direct primaries would be restored through the courts.

He assured members that the movement would pursue its objectives within the bounds of the law while remaining committed to the growth and electoral success of the APC.

Mr. Prosper Nwosu emerged as the Coordinator of the movement in Obingwa Local Government Area, while Hon. Young Nwagwu was named Coordinator for Ugwunagbo Local Government Area.

The newly inaugurated coordinators thanked Erondu and the leadership of the movement for the confidence reposed in them, pledging to build strong grassroots structures and mobilise support for President Tinubu, Erondu and other APC candidates ahead of the 2027 polls.

Administering the oath of office to the newly inaugurated leaders, former member of the House of Representatives for Ukwa East/Ukwa West Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Stanley, urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them through commitment, discipline and effective mobilisation.

The former Deputy Speaker, Abia state House of Assembly, charged the executives and ward coordinators to see their positions as responsibilities rather than privileges, stressing that the success of the movement would depend largely on their ability to reach the people at the grassroots and sustain the message of the APC across their various communities.
