There was a drama as a Senior Secondary school female student identified as Miss Amarachi Chibueze has reportedly bitten off the tongue of another student in a federal government-owned school in Umuahia, Abia State.
The incident was alleged to have happened on Friday while the two students were quarrelling because of food in the school.
It was gathered that the attacker grabbed her victim identified as Adaeze on the neck before biting off the outer part of her tongue and then spitting it out on the ground.
It was also gathered that the victim had been rushed to a hospital in Umuahia by her school where she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital.
Investigation is still ongoing on the matter.
