Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has joined family members, friends and other distinguished guests at the wedding of Leo Okorocha and Daniela Okocha in Málaga, Spain.
Daniela is the daughter of former Nigerian international football star, Austin “Jay-Jay” Okocha.
The colourful ceremony attracted guests from Nigeria, Spain and the Nigerian diaspora, who gathered to celebrate the couple and witness their exchange of marital vows.
The wedding was officiated by Pastor Ayo Adedoyin of Jesus House, London, who drew his message from 1 Corinthians 13:3–8, stressing love, patience, kindness, selflessness and commitment as key ingredients for a lasting marriage.
Ambassador Ikpeazu’s presence underscored the Nigerian diplomatic mission’s commitment to maintaining close ties with Nigerians resident in Spain and participating in important community events.
The occasion also offered members of the Nigerian community an opportunity to celebrate together while showcasing Nigerian family values and cultural traditions in an international setting.
Guests prayed for the newlyweds and wished them a fulfilling life together, marked by love, happiness, friendship and shared purpose.
The ceremony ended in a festive atmosphere as family, friends and well-wishers celebrated the union of Leo Okorocha and Daniela Okocha.
