Police Seeks Assistance in Locating the Parents of the above lost but Found Child
A child named Gideon, aged 3, with an unknown surname, was discovered at Elele Roundabout, Rivers State.
Dark in complexion and hailing from Akwa Ibom State, he was brought to the Rivers State Police Command Headquarters in Port Harcourt by DPO Elele.
