Fed Lawmaker, Rep Nkwonta Appreciates Constituents At Christmas, Assures Of Quality Representation

The Chairman, House Committee on Climate Change at Federal House of Representatives, Abuja, Rep Chris Nkwonta has thanked his constituents for their unwaivering support.

The Federal Lawmaker who stated this during Christmas meeting with his constituents at Akwete Ndoki, Ukwa-East Local Government Area (LGA), promised a better service delivery in 2024.

The member representing Ukwa-East and Ukwa-West Federal Constituency, who gave out bags rice and cash to all the wards and wards leaders for Christmas merriment in the first Constituency meeting, reiterated that every fund allocated to his constituency would not be embezzled.

Sir Nkwonta urged his constituents to be patriotic and expect more government projects in the area during 2024 budget implementation, adding that his mission in politics is for the good of his people.

The Federal legislator who have moved five motions and presented one petition, maintained that whatever that is due his constituents would be given them without delay as seen in the past.

Meanwhile, the people of Ukwa-East and Ukwa-West Federal Constituency has hailed the member representing Ukwa East and Ukwa-West Federal Constituency, adding that he has performed creditably within six months in the house of representatives.

In their separate remarks, the former Sole Administrator, Abia state Oil Producing Areas Commission (ASOPADEC), Rt. Hon. Emeka Stanley and the member representing Ukwa-west state Constituency at Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Goddy Adiele, said that Rep. Nkwonta has outperformed his predecessors, adding that Ukwa people have not seen quality and sincere representation in this fashion before.

They decried the high level of hardship in the country, applauding Nkwonta for issuing out bags of rice and cash for Christmas celebration.

The prayed God Almighty to bless and guide him as continue to represent Ukwa people effectively.
