In a twist of turn, the Action Alliance (AA) Chairmanship candidate for Etche Local Government Area, Hon. Uzodinma Nwafor, has won the just-concluded local government election in the LGA.
He seats alongside other chairmen-elect as RSIEC prepares to issue them their certificates of return in a few minutes.
