Concern has mounted over the whereabouts of a 37-year-old Nigerian woman who reportedly became unreachable after leaving an airport in Doha, Qatar.

The case was brought to public attention by the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Michael Achimugu, who appealed for information on the woman’s whereabouts.

According to the report, the woman travelled to Qatar and was last known to have exited Hamad International Airport in Doha.

She has reportedly remained unreachable for about 72 hours, raising concern among her relatives and others seeking to establish what happened after she left the airport.

Details about her identity, travel arrangements and circumstances surrounding her disappearance have not been fully disclosed publicly.

The case is expected to require coordination between Nigerian officials, Qatari authorities, the woman’s family and any persons who may have had contact with her after she left the airport.

Anyone with credible information about her whereabouts is being urged to contact the relevant authorities or the family.

The report comes amid increasing concerns over the safety of Nigerians travelling or living abroad, particularly where families lose contact with relatives in unfamiliar countries.
