Connelly joins the company with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and project management. His career has been marked by a strong record of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and the successful execution of complex, high-value logistics projects across multiple regions.
Prior to taking on the COO role, Connelly held senior positions with leading logistics firms, including Operational Key Account Manager at GEODIS USA and Operations Project Manager at Convoy Logistics Providers. His previous experience also includes serving as Sales and Business Development Manager at Fortune Global Shipping & Logistics (USA) Inc., as well as Marine Logistics Manager at Kuehne & Nagel, Inc. He has additionally worked with organizations such as Brochsteins, Gagemaker, Cory Brothers (USA) Inc., Rainbeau / J.J.’s Mae, Inc., EXEL Global Logistics, Inc., and Pyramid Ocean Carriers, Inc.
Over the years, Connelly has led major logistics operations involving heavy-lift cargo, air and ocean charters, high-value project logistics, warehouse and distribution management, and comprehensive international supply chain coordination. His leadership spans North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, where he also cultivated strong global agent networks.
His portfolio includes high-impact projects such as the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines scrubber initiative, FPSO resupply operations in Angola, and the Alcoa Aluminum Plant project in Kentucky—projects that required exceptional accuracy, coordination, and project discipline.
