The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has raided Tana Castle Hotel in Asaba, Delta state capital, and made some arrest over drug trafficking related offences.
The agency had stormed Tana Castle following a tip off that the hospitality outfit has become notorious for drug trafficking and other related crimes that poses a grave danger to the neighbourhood.
A source alleged that the Tana Castle hotel owner, situated at DLA Road, Asaba, Delta State, and a Nollywood Actor, Mr Frank Ekenedirichukwu Muoneke, harbours criminals and drug users in his hotel.
Among those arrested was the security man in charge of Tana Castle, Mr Joseph Monday ,among others.
Another source who pleaded anonymity with our Reporter, also alleged that Mr. Frank is a drug trafficker, a fraudster, an abuser and a killer who has a way of manipulating his way out of the Police net.
Our respondent disclosed that sometime ago during one of their jobs, he accidentally knocked down and killed a six year old girl, but the Nollywood Actor, hid the crime with the help of others.
In his words: “Mr. Frank, on the other hand, abused one of his customers by using hot pressing iron on the alleged offence of fake alert”.
He had alleged that a boy he described as a yahoo boy had lodged in his hotel, made a transfer, believed to have been received as a fake alert.
The Nollywood Actor led the beating of this young man and tie him up like a criminal with people pleading for leniency for the young man.
They called on Delta state government, law enforcement agencies among other stakeholders to investigate further on the alleged crimes of the Nollywood Actor before he causes more damage to unsuspecting victims.
