REBUTTAL TO A PURPORTED INVITATION IN THE NAME OF THE RENEWED HOPE AMBASSADORS, UKWA EAST LGA

My attention has been drawn to a purported invitation currently circulating on social media, allegedly convening members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Ukwa East LGA for a consultation and familiarisation meeting.

As the duly appointed and officially recognised Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Ukwa East LGA, I wish to categorically state that I am neither aware of, nor did I authorise or approve, such a meeting.

For the avoidance of doubt, no individual or group has the authority to convene any gathering or meeting in the name of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Ukwa East LGA without my knowledge and consent.

I therefore wish to inform all members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the general public to disregard any meeting, invitation, or activity purportedly organised in the name of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors that is not convened by Comrade Benedict Godson, the duly recognised Coordinator of the body in Ukwa East LGA.

The leadership of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors remains committed to due process, unity, and the proper coordination of all its activities. Any official meeting or engagement of the organisation will always be communicated through the appropriate and recognised channels.
